Convenient but conference guests and slow lifts impacted the stay.
Third time I’ve stayed here and as always convenient location, comfortable rooms and great views.
The elevators are so slow. It becomes an issue when a huge conference of people are lined up around the corner outside to use the elevators - because lobby is on level 21 it ties up the lifts. This stay, the same conference of people were smoking and drinking everywhere - even in the elevators, at all hours. It’s the first time I felt a bit unsafe here/Seoul ever because they were standing out front drunk and there were leering and words, as a solo female traveller this isn’t the type of environment I want to put myself in. I even saw the police visit one night. I know this isn’t strictly the hotels fault but it did impact my stay. Also the front desk gave me incorrect information about late checkout so when I called to arrange and it wasn’t available as told it did impact my plans. all in all I still like the hotel but I might check next time if there’s any large groups of people for conferences before I book.

Great location, noice from the busy streets, nice staff
Like the location and the cleanliness of the room. Really don’t like the noise coming from the street where a construction is ongoing and a nearby building with what appeared to be one of the fanciest screens, glooming too brightly with occasional voice over late into the night.
