Great location, convenient for airport, friendly staff. Can be a bit noisy.
Excellent location, great view of you chose a corp view room.
Some of room maintenance can be better, and due to the location, the room can be very noisy if an event is taking place at the Coex.

Everything was fine, but I personal think it works better for business trip rather than leisure.

Wonderful
The room is nice and clean. There is everything you need even an iron board provided in the room conveniently. It is also very near to the convenient stores, trade tower, and subway (with escalator). The breakfast is various and the quality of foods is gorgeous. In my case, there was a day that the water leaked from the ceiling of the bathroom; however, the hotel staff was nice ans willing to help. And they were ready to fix it right away which was very good.
Noted that a construction site is near the front of the hotel; however, somehow I did not hear anything while I close the curtain and it did not bother my sleeping. (My room was on the 9th floor and faced the construction site) (While my colleague at the 8th floor complained about the construction noise). Even if the breakfast is various but the menu did not change every day. Another note is that some hotel staffs are not perfect at english; however, they can communicate with simple words. But some are perfect and very good to help.
